Monday 9/14

breakfast:
usual breakfast sandwich - 225 cals.

snack - 2 cups of homemade popped popcorn - 30 cals. this actually kept me full from 11:30AM-1:30PM.

lunch - vegetable udon (pic) - the menu said 400 cals. (310 if i got soba noodles).


snack - 30 calorie Nip candy, 1 cup of popcorn @ 15 cals.

dinner - chicken quesadilla with corn.
2 oz of mozzarella - 170 cals
chicken - maybe half a thigh on each quesadilla, 50 cals
peppers, onions, mushrooms, scallions
salsa
whole wheat tortilla @ 160 cals each.

Total - about 540 cals.

adding chicken (from my roasted chicken this past weekend) and salsa and mozzarella


do the flippity flip on both sides...and voila.


Today was a good day at a 1300 calorie meal! and i also spent half an hour on the gazelle.
