my new breakfast:
2 slices of light whole wheat (80 cals)
1 slice of .5 oz american cheese (53 cals)
2 egg white (34 cals)
1 turkey sausage (37 cals)
a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich for 204 calories. satisfying too!
i was bad during lunch yesterday, bc I had to go out for a "business lunch". I chose to eat a lean hot corned beef sandwich on whole wheat. probably a thousand calories. ugh!
snacks:
1 oz salted peanuts = 160 calories
dinner was at the US Open... i was bad. i had a huge plate of chicken nachos. it was damn good though. BUT i had NO BEER AND NO ICE CREAM (2 must haves when you go to the Open). surprisingly, i thought about it but chose not to get them, and i didnt feel deprived at all. it felt good to deny them actually!
