Friday was rough. I was babysitting my 4 year old niece. She asked for pizza. I couldn't deny her. hehe. i also made grilled cheese sandwiches, had rice and seaweed, 2 cupcakes (we baked elmo cupcakes), and had a random korean dinner brought over by my sister in law. I have no idea how many calories I consumed, but I can gather, it wasn't low.
Saturday was only slightly better.
* I had 1 slice of light whole wheat for breakfast with peanut butter. about 150 calories.
* around 11:30, i had half an instant noodle. Did you know one package of instant noodles for meant for 2 people? how? what? why? anyway, my half bag was already 240 calories!). plus i had an egg in there, so probably 320 calories.
* at 2:00 i got hungry and had pizza rolls and bagel bites. so bad! but i limited myself to 4 pizza rolls (150 cals) and 3 bagel bites (165 cals).
* at 3 (why am i already hungry?) I had 10 crackers and a laughing cow. i good, hearty snack for only 105 cals.
* 6:00, dinner time, we made kim chi jigae. i had a cup of rice with this and some beef. I dont know how much this is, but can't be too much, since the soup is broth based.
* 8:30 at night, snack, i had a 100 cal yoplait delight.
so without the kim chi jigae, i had 990 calories. i would estimate total to be 1500. not too bad, but not great either. and this took A LOT of willpower to not eat anything worse. sigh.... this is hard!
