snack (4:30) - fiber one bar
not too bad right? well, heres where it gets shameful.
went out to dinner with friends at our favorite japanese restaurant. about half hour before i order my wine, i tell my friends i will not order wine tonight. im weaksauce.
i eat a ton of rolls, murray roll (shrimp tempura with tuna), spider rolls, gary bomb (a bomb of avacado encasing eel and yellowtail and tempura flakes) etc etc. as if thats not bad enough, a friend came late and didnt get to eat much, so we head back to long island and they pick up white castles.
i have a few of these....
at 56.5 calories each....this was a bad move. i also had about 3/4 of one jalapeno cheeseburger (170 cals for one).
UGH! UGH ! UGH !
i probably added on an additional 400 calories right there. maybe more.
it was a 2000 calories day im sure.
so disappointing.
