Friday -
- walked for 3 miles at my park.
- 1/4 cup guacamole with either wheat thins or 5 crackers
- friday night made eggplant parm and fried green tomatoes. ate this with a salad
Saturday -
-woke up at 8:30 and had one slice of WW bread with 1 turkey sausage and 2 egg whites and a slice of cheese.
-went straight for a walk in the park. about 2 miles.
-had to bake 70 cupcakes. and i couldn't even eat one. do you know how hard it is to bake cupcakes and not have just one? torture.
- for dinner my sister in law came over and grilled steak. i made a caesar salad to go with this. i dont know how much steak i ate, but no carbs.
Sunday - party day.
- had some broth with meat and eggs for breakfast
- at the party buffet, did not keep track of what i ate but just ate very little of each thing.
- back at moms, had 2 slices of pizza.
- bad day....will consider it my cheat day
Monday - philadelphia for road trip
- had half a cheesesteak for lunch
- did not eat again until we got in the car to go back home, about 5:00pm. snacked on some chips at 6:00 and did not eat dinner after this.
- had 2 coffees
not a great weekend.... but at least i walked!
