So, after speaking to MeeJin she inspired me to blog about weight loss. I write this to keep track and to monitor myself. I'm sort of scared of:
1. what i will find out and
2. starting and not finishing.
But, I won't know until I try.
So this morning, I weighed myself on my office Fed Ex scale.
Today, I am 1XX.6 lbs. (hell no, i aint sharing!).
Problem areas: jiggly arms, muffin top and big belly. I can deal with everything else, including my thunder thighs and multiple chins.
Goal: to lose 10 lbs, no set time limit.
Plan (to be changed as we go along): weights or push ups at night. limit carb intake at night. control snacking during day. allow myself good breakfast and decent lunch (i will make lunch the worst part of my day).
here we go!
this morning, i was out of stuff in the house so i purchased at the deli:
ham and egg on whole wheat toast with no butter. i used 2 packets of ketchup. i guess i will eat a salad for lunch.
