dramatic, i am not.
yesterday, i had the same breakfast (innnovative, i am also not) - 205 calories
5 cracker snack - 80 cals
salad for lunch - 367 cals
no snack! yeah!
dinner: chicken cacciatore. it was hard not to top this over some rice or noodles. instead, i topped it over broccoli. bleh. my niece and sister in law were over. do you know what they ate? do you?!?!??! Pizza and pasta. my fist was in my mouth, i was hurting so bad. but i did not touch it. not one piece. i should also note, i dont feel any joy in saying that.
browning chicken (i didnt eat any skin)
add any type of veggies you want.
add tomatos and chicken broth and let simmer for about half and hour turning chicken once. easy, and light!
to add onto my original point, it is hard when you're home to not snack. what to do today? i feel like rolling up into a ball and sitting in the corner until dinner time. i dont want to disappoint myself. i need to make good choices, but i probably dont have too great a selection in my cupboard.
