Dolsot Bi Bim Bap - i really enjoyed the crunchy rice at the bottom.
first i grilled up some flank steak
then I got the rice in the pot over the stove.
add veggies - it was nice cuz I could use up everything i had in the fridge
add steak and go chu jang
top with a sunny side egg
then break and mix.
I also managed to make some ttukbukee. This actually was the easiest korean thing I ever made. You just put everything into a pot, and let it simmer until it gets thick. My kind of meal!
nothing much else to update, except that I did get new cushions and a rug for the deck.
Now if only i had stairs and rails....sort of important. hehe.
