ok so my computer in frozen at work so I have nothing to do but blog. might as well, I'm behind on my posts anyway. =P
yesterday a couple came by for the SECOND time to see our co-op. wow, they took measurements and everything. PLEASE let them put in an offer. pretty please?
last night i got to see the nephews whom i love so dearly. so cute. a bit wild but its ok. we played charades. i tried to act like a giraffe and one of them says "a dog with a long neck!". lol. we also played simon says. they're so easy to trick haha.
well after the visit, it was off to Ikea. swoon. i love me some Ikea. furniture sucks but i really dig their bottom floor. lots of junk stuff i dont need but love to look at. only planned to spend 20 bucks but of course i spent 60.
so tonight i think i should go food shopping. heres my menu for saturdays party:
apps: spinach dip with homemade pitas (julies request), white bean dip, spicy shrimp boats in cukes, jalapeno wrapped bacon poppers, and tomato and fresh mozzarella with basil.
entree: turkey, mashed potatoes, salad, panzanella, corn, mac and cheese, stuffing and either a cilantro lime rice or a rice pilaf.
dessert: mini caramel apples, cupcakes which look like turkeys and strawberry bonbons made from scratch.
hopefully i can pull this off.

MeeJin reminded me this sunday is the 24 preview. yowza! i cant wait. i might even have a 24 party. i love Jack!

Good lord that is a lot of food! What kind of party is this?!? Also, I would love to go to a 24 party if you had one, but it's on so late and I'd have so far to go home =( Can't wait until Kev moves in your neighborhood. Though, you're going to move soon, too! Boo!
