can i share a secret? my cousin doesnt have access to this site YET...so i can share some things for her party on saturday. see, she is leaving to move to china for a few years for her hubbys work. so my cousins and i are throwing her a farewell party.

i had plenty of defrosted chicken bc SOMEONE told me they were coming and then ended up not, so i had to use it up. so it was chicken 2 nights in a row for us.
first, chicken piccatta with cilantro lime rice.
then chicken cutlets (hmm they look similar to the above photo but i assure you very different in taste)
with homemade sauce of course
and my fave, pappardelle
bake with fresh mozzarella and time to eat!
