Exercise

Well, after getting married, I definetely put on those newlywed pounds. My doctor said I gained 10 lbs since the wedding. Oh. Em. Gee. Lately, I've been trying to be more active without actually having to go to the gym or break a sweat. hehe.

Every morning, I walk to 71st and continental which is a 10 minute walk. I get off around 57th and 5th avenue and walk to to work (36th and broadway). After work, I walk back up to the 57th and then get off one stop past my stop so I can walk home an additional 10 minutes. Honestly, will this help? I dont mind walking in NYC. I actually quite like it. But I still feel fat. Please tell me this will work because if I have to renew my gym membership, I'm gonna scream.
