We're open! and as soon as jae turned on the computers this morning, he got 3 orders! When I called him in the middle of the day, he was also in the middle of a walk-in order. AND my best buddy Julie decided to order something for her friend. Not a bad start, eh?
I spent most of my day talking to loan and mortgage people to see what we can afford. The bottom line? The economy sucks, we're too poor for any house we like and no one wants to give us money. at least Jae's day was good!
